About The Friends

Purpose
The Friends of St. Mary’s is registered by the Charity Commission as charity no. 1114809. It is a fundraising group that raises funds for vital repairs, restoration work and improvements to St. Marys.

Achievements
Since formation in 2006, the Friends have raised over £45,000 towards the cost of vital repairs, restoration work and improvements to St. Mary’s.

There are several church projects in the pipeline which are in need of our fundraising, so that St. Mary’s can continue as a place of worship and a community venue for use by all.
