Recent repairs to the Church

A substantial amount of work has been done to the inner walls and the roof tiles.  The plaster on the walls of the Vestry, Nave and Chancel had to be chiselled-off to a height of 1 metre from the floor, then re-plastered in layers, then lime washed.

Also various damaged and missing roof tiles had to be replaced. At the same time the gaps where the roof joins the tower walls were filled.

The total cost was over £3,000, so we can expect the PCC to invite the Friends to help!
