There have been two attempts at holding this by Zoom (because of Covid) but these did not achieve a quorum, so they both could not go ahead officially. This was a great pity because there are certain matters (the Treasurer’s financial report, and election officers in particular) which need to be dealt with by a quorum of members, at an AGM.

Friends Secretary Bill Tamblyn has emailed members recently about his recent hospitalization, and the fact that a 3rd attempt at an AGM by Zoom was, and still is, planned for 14th December, and that he is in the process of getting the agenda and discussion papers updated and out to members shortly.

Would members please try to be available to take part in this planned 3rd attempt at an AGM. I’m sorry, but I have not been advised yet of the start time of the coming AGM on the 14th, or the login details.
