This was held on 2nd December, at Peldon & Wigboroughs Community Hall. It was an extavaganza of crafts, jewellery, food, ornaments, plants, stocking fillers and other gifts. There was even a honey stall from a beekeeper from Mersea. Other attractions included a bottle tombola and a well-stocked raffle.
There was also a Father Christmas and the ever-successful tea and cake area, which had a wide range of cake plus the memorable sausage rolls, and even bread pudding!
A big Thank You to the hosts (Peldon & Wigboroughs Community Group and the Friends of St. Mary’s), the traders, Father Christmas, and staff of the Hall. A magnificent effort.
