NEW DATE: SATURDAY 7th AUGUST, AT 7.30pm
A concert of readings and music, to include:
- Short presentations – including Elaine Barker, our village historian;
- Poetry by Sally Tarpey, Chris Moore, Bill Tamblyn and Liz Barker (including poems by Robert Frost, Seamus Heaney);
- Music – two sets from Octavia – who rehearse at St Mary’s : settings of John Clare and Irish traditional songs;
- Community Songs and possibly other village groups.
Members of Quire outside St Marys. They are to sing at ‘All Together Now!’ on August 7th.

The Wardens are keen for this to happen at St. Mary’s under the banner of the Friends of St Mary’s, and the audience will be laid out so that (if COVID restrictions are still around) we can easily cope with up to 10 on the performance area, and 30 or more in the main room.

The wardens will serve refreshments.
Tickets £10 (Friends £5), OAPs and under 25s Free.
All profits will go towards the fabric of St. Mary’s.
