This was Bill Tamblyn’s pet subject of course, as he teaches folk music courses and collects songs too. This was held on 17th September and although only a dozen people came, they were mostly from outside the parish but were interested in the subject.
This Peldon tradition didn’t happen last year. Let’s revive it this year ! . Meet at PWCH car park at 6.30 pm. on Tuesday 17th December for some carol singing around the village. Refreshments afterwards at the church. . Bill has the song sheets, all you need is some warm clothes and a torch!
